I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were pretty clean and comfortable, but I was only able to watch Italian TV. The service staff was friendly but not available after 10 PM, which was a bit of an issue. The location was decent, but I noticed some unpleasant smells and roaches in the area. On the bright side, the dining offered some delicious Italian options, especially the pastries, although the breakfast could use more variety.
